Return and Shipping Policies for Do Only Good (D.O.G.) Pet Food

RETURN POLICY

At Do Only Good (D.O.G) Pet Food, we strive to do our best to serve our customers.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of one of our products, you can receive a full refund for the purchase price. We will not require you to ship the product back to us.  We ask that you donate the unused portion of our product(s) to your local animal shelter.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date. We are unable to accept any returns on expired products.

FINAL SALE: Please note that any product sold as part of a short-dated promotion is not eligible for returns. These products are sold at a discounted rate because their expiration date is soon.  The promotion will clearly state the short-dated nature of the product and the estimated expiration date range.

If you purchased directly from doonlygoodpetfood.com in the past 30 days:

• Please email info@doonlygoodpetfood.com or call us at 1-800-990-4403 to request a return.  Please provide your order number.
• We respectfully ask that you donate the unused portion of our product to your local animal shelter.
• Upon approval of your return, we will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others.
• D.O.G. will issue a refund for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.

If you purchased from one of our authorized retailers in the past 30 days:

• Please get in touch with that retailer directly to arrange your return.
• Once the return has been processed, Do Only Good (D.O.G.) Pet Food will credit the retailer’s account

SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders

Orders need to be placed before 8 a.m. PST to ship out the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.
